At Strength & Fitness Lab, we offer a full range of group classes designed for every fitness level — from total beginners to advanced fitness fanatics. Our Midweek timetable includes early morning sessions at 6am, evening classes at 5:30pm and 6:30pm, mid-morning workouts at 10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, plus weekend sessions at 9am on both Saturday and Sunday. There’s no need to book — just turn up and get involved! With a variety of classes including Boxfit, LBT, HIIT, Bootcamp and more, there’s something for everyone to enjoy while achieving amazing results.
